Biography
An industry entrepreneur and founder, Dino has led Winslow since its inception in 1985. Dino has developed a reputation for honesty and integrity in his personal and business relationships, and through his leadership has instilled his vision and values across the organisation. Under his leadership Winslow has grown substantially and has become a major contributor to the community.

Biography
Michael, a qualified lawyer, possesses strong industry networks across a range of sectors particularly organisations that have the capability of genuinely impacting their industry. He has a special interest in family and privately operated businesses. Michael has had a long and successful corporate career having held many senior executive roles at Spotless Group, including Group General Manager of Development from July 2008. Board skills include CEO coaching, legal, strategy implementation, and driving business development via organic and acquisitive activities. Michael is also Chairman of the publicly listed BSA Pty Ltd and also serves on the board of a number of other private companies.

Biography
Michael specialises in accounting, taxation, and the audit of public and private companies. He has more than 40 years’ experience advising on business management, taxation, risk, and governance. He has extensive experience with property investors, developers, and financiers, and in assisting high net-worth clients in estate and succession planning, business acquisitions, and sales and mergers. Additionally, he chairs and is a member of a range of client, not-for-profit, family office and advisory boards. Michael has been a member and fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand for more than 40 years.

Amelia started her legal career in private practise with a focus on commercial litigation. Amelia joined Winslow in 2018 and has helped drive success and growth in a challenging business environment, in addition to serving as a strategic and trusted advisor to the executive and senior leadership team. Amelia is also the champion of the “Women of Winslow” program which promotes the development of females within the organisation through various initiatives.

Biography

With more than 20 years of executive management and specific industry experience, Trevor has overall responsibility for the strategic vision, planning and successful operational execution for the Winslow Group. Among his achievements are delivering the organisation’s key objectives, overseeing the enhancement of the Group’s capability, building a strong management executive, ensuring the development of Winslow’s culture across a multi-disciplined and diverse group, and the implementation of strong prudent financial management and corporate governance.

A strategic leader with care and passion, employee connection and humility with a robust management executive, has ultimately delivered the outstanding growth and position in the industry that the Group has achieved.


Rohan Davidson

Chief Executive Officer - Construction

Biography

Rohan has more than 30 years’ experience in the Civil Construction sector. He began his career at Winslow as a surveyor and quickly progressed in project and construction operational management roles through the business and promoted to general management roles within the Winslow Group. Rohan has proved to be a significant asset to the Winslow leadership team, delivering quality results for many long-standing clients over a sustained period.

Winslow’s construction activities have continued to grow and diversify under Rohan’s leadership whilst he has maintained a family first culture for employees in the evolving construction industry landscape.
