With more than 20 years of executive management and specific industry experience, Trevor has overall responsibility for the strategic vision, planning and successful operational execution for the Winslow Group. Among his achievements are delivering the organisation’s key objectives, overseeing the enhancement of the Group’s capability, building a strong management executive, ensuring the development of Winslow’s culture across a multi-disciplined and diverse group, and the implementation of strong prudent financial management and corporate governance. A strategic leader with care and passion, employee connection and humility with a robust management executive, has ultimately delivered the outstanding growth and position in the industry that the Group has achieved.
Rohan has more than 30 years’ experience in the Civil Construction sector. He began at Winslow as a surveyor in 1991 and quickly progressed his career in project and construction management through to business and general management roles within the Winslow Group. Rohan has held general management positions at Winslow since 2010 and has proved to be a significant asset to the Winslow team, delivering quality results for many long-standing clients. As the Winslow Group construction activities have continued to grow and diversify under Rohan’s leadership as Executive General Manager – Construction, he was recently appointed as Chief Operating Officer to reflect the ongoing responsibility for all construction services.
