Large scale residential subdivision with over 1400 lots, incorporating a wetland, waterway and major road upgrade in Clyde.

Key Achievements

  • As of 2025, more than 25 stages have been successfully completed and handed over to Stockland, contributing to the timely delivery of the Evergreen Estate master planned community.
  • Successfully delivered the Ballarto Road upgrade to VicRoads, significantly improving local traffic flow and easing congestion. The upgrade was completed in parallel with the construction of a Melbourne Water wetland and a multi-stage subdivision.
  • Evergreen Estate is located within a Cultural Heritage Management Plan (CHMP) zone. All stages were completed in full compliance with CHMP requirements, with zero breaches, showcasing our commitment to respectful and responsible development practices.
