Protecting our environment. Sustaining our future.
One of the most experienced urban development contractors.
The chances are, if you’ve seen a beautiful new housing estate in the process of being constructed by a leading property development company, then Winslow could be there too, working away on the earthworks and constructing the roads threading their way into and around the estate, plus the many other support structures needed for a new property development such as bridges, open spaces and parks, storm water systems, water-retaining basins and lakes, miscellaneous earthworks, land remediation of previously contaminated or otherwise suspect land, and more.

Our Inhouse Skills and Capabilities
We have highly skilled and dedicated Environment teams that are made up of experienced and qualified environmental scientists and environmental managers.
They are responsible for ensuring that projects meet legal, contractual and environmental standards while reducing any negative impacts on air, water and soil.
They make a positive impact on construction operations by ensuring the pre-mobilisation stage is to set up with compliance systems, such as implementing erosion and sediment controls. During construction, they actively manage high-risk activities like earthworks, ensuring that sediment-laden runoff, dust, mud and excavation do not violate environmental laws, thus preventing project shutdowns and adverse community impact.
They also provide crucial education and hands on training opportunities for employees targeted at raising awareness of the importance of high-quality environment management and proactive actions that influence future outcomes.
