Congratulations to Maddison for winning Apprentice of the Year - Female, at the 2025 Civil Contractors Federation Victoria - CCF Vic People & Training Awards.
Maddison's construction career was sparked by her father, Mick's, dedication and service to the industry, and inspired by his career, Maddison embarked on her own journey by beginning an apprenticeship at Winslow Infrastructure.
Maddison is in the process of completing her Certificate III in Civil Construction. Her exceptional performance at the National Skills Institute led to her nomination by her trainer and is a testament to her dedication, hard work, and leadership potential. She has also accelerated several modules in her studies and is on track to complete her apprenticeship early.
Maddison was also a finalist in the CCF Apprentice of the Year national awards.
