It is only fitting that our Learning and Development team's leader, Caden, has been promoted to Learning and Development Manager.
Along with supporting employee L&D needs and expanding L&D offerings to meet Winslow Group's Business Unit requirements, Caden has also been focusing on making our Graduate program even better.
Caden's hard work and determination to develop employees' skills and to provide career opportunities, Winslow's Graduate Program was ranked Number 1 in the Construction and Property sector in Prosple's Top 100 Graduate Employers for 2025.
Prosple is a recruitment platform used by more than 40 universities where different industry graduate positions are advertised.
Winslow was also ranked 10th overall among a list of larger companies.
