Air at Strathalbyn (Stage 1)
Stage 1 consists of the first 20 lots of an approximate 110-lot subdivision within the Alexandrina Council. The project is situated adjacent to the Angas River and comprises lot sizes ranging from 663m2 to 2000m2. It involves bulk earthworks, sewer, stormwater, water, electrical, and communication infrastructure, along with new roads and footpaths to serve the new community.
