The construction of multiple residential subdivisions, including earthworks, retaining walls, sewer reticulation, stormwater drainage, water reticulation, roadworks and concrete works.
The works also include the construction of three large decanting basins including earthworks, concrete works, concrete weirs, stormwater drainage and large rock spillways. The decanting basins are critical to the estate, as flood mitigation and flood storage.
