Riverbend is a future master plan community and current construction works consist of 364HA of vegetation clearing, mulching, seeding and erosion and sediment control.

The clearing works are split into 7 separable portions being cleared concurrently. Winslow are working closely with local fauna spotter-catchers and nesting box installers to ensure the local fauna are well protected.

Key Achievements

  • Clearing of 7 separable portions, installation of 521 custom made timber nesting boxes in surrounding bushlands, implementation of 75km of mulch bunds to assist with erosion and sediment control.
